Events & Activities
Important note to students about financial aid!
With the budget and economic woes that we are seeing in the State, we anticipate financial aid applications to continue to increase. We have already received 40% more applications than we had at this time last year. Make sure that your financial aid file is complete AND that you have received an award letter from the Enrollment Services Center – Department of Financial Aid - to ensure that there will be no delays in allowing you to charge against your financial aid account by the time fall term starts on Monday, August 17.
If you have not completed your 2009-2010 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), it is critical to get it done now. This application requires financial information pertaining to 2008 (example: your completed 1040 tax from 2008). Computers are available at all Enrollment Services Centers.
Students who do not have their financial aid file complete by Friday, July 17, may not be able to charge their books against their financial aid at the start of classes.
