Welcome!
Early Childhood Education prepares students for employment in programs serving young children and families in our diverse and ever-changing society. Our mission is to educate and train early learning professionals, providing them with the core knowledge and standards that bridge 21st century expectations, embrace quality measures, and exceed industry standards. Students in our program will experience both content-rich course work and hands-on learning through practicum-based classes. Many of our students enjoy positions in preschools, elementary school classrooms, nursery schools, family child care homes, Head Start classrooms, infant and toddler programs, recreation facilities, and community agencies.
