Complete an Application
The PPCC application is free and will take about 30 minutes of your time. If you don't have time to complete the application in one sitting you can save it and come back to it later. Once you have applied you will receive your student number, commonly called an S# (be sure to hold on to your S#, you'll need this for everything).
Sign in to Navigate
Navigate is our software that helps you stay on track to achieve your goal, from day 1 through graduation. Always know what you need to do and when you need to do it.
Just sign in to Navigate and you will be prompted through all of the remaining steps. You can complete these steps without logging into Navigate but Navigate makes it easier.
Get Help Paying for College
The majority of our students receive financial support they do not have to pay back, like financial aid through grants and scholarships.
We don't want you to be burdened by debt, so please take the time to file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), browse our Scholarships and please enable your College Opportunity Fund (COF, for Colorado residents).
Prepare & Plan
Submit your Academic History
Many classes require a certain level of Math and English skill. Has it been a long time since you have taken a math class? Or maybe you just came out of Calculus? Your academic history provides us with the information needed to offer you class recommendations for your major and will then allow you to register for classes for which you meet the pre-requisite.
Meet with an advisor to find the classes that are right for you.
Advisors will help you identify your goal and set a plan to achieve your goal. They will meet with you one-on-one and create a path for success. This will help you graduate on time and ensure you are prepared for whatever your career or educational goals are beyond PPCC.
Register for Classes
After you have met with an Advisor it is time to register for your classes. You can register online through the myPPCC portal.
PPCC's convenient payment options can help you from being dropped for non-payment.
If you have FAFSA, military benefits, scholarships or grants make sure those funds have been applied to your bill. If you have a remaining balance use one of our convenient options to pay for your classes and remember they must be paid for by the drop for non payment date.
