1. Username: Student ID number. S########
   S is the only letter in your ID. There are NO letter O’s.
2. Your initial password is your birthdate MMDDYY
   (example: 012586).
3. Click “Submit.”
4. You will be prompted to create a new password and a response to a security question.

Forgot your password?

Click on the blue “Forgot Password” link. Enter in Student ID number, click “Submit.”
Answer the security question, click “Submit” and your password will be reset.
Return to my.ppcc.edu and log in.

Student E-mail

1. Sign onto your portal account at my.ppcc.edu, click on “Student Email” icon on the top right hand side of page.
   Microsoft Live will come up if you haven’t set up your email yet.
   If it pops up, it will ask you for your password and request you change it.
2. The default password is your birthday with the month spelled out with a capital first letter (January), your two digit day (05) and four digit year (1986) (January051986).
3. In the second and third boxes, enter in the same password you used for the portal.
4. Press “Submit” and close the box that pops up.
5. Click “Student Email” icon again.
6. Choose time zone.
7. Click “Ok.” This will take you into your student email.

Classroom and Lab Computers

1. Your username is your Student ID number.
   (Don’t forget the S.)
2. Your initial password is your birthdate, without the year: MMDD
   (example: 0105).

PPCC Guest Wi-Fi

1. Choose “PPCC Guest.”
2. Open up a web browser.
3. Next, you will need to “Create an account.”
4. Click on big “Register” button.
5. The “Guest Wi-Fi Registration Receipt” page is displayed. This verifies your information.
   On this page is your 8 digit visitor password and your network expiration time for the account you just created.
   You’ll receive an email with this password. You may also want to write it down.
6. Click on “Login” to start browsing.

Student Data Files

1. Your username is your Student ID number preceeded by "PPCCINST\". e.g. "PPCCINST\S012345678"
   (Don’t forget the S.)
2. Your initial password is your birthdate, without the year: MMDD
   (example: 0105).
