Pikes Peak Community College employees are offered a confidential resource for workplace and personal issues thru the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP).  C-SEAP stives to improve the qulity of life in the workforce.  C-SEAP is a professional assessment, referral and short-term counseling service for work-related or personal concerns. C-SEAP is strictly confidential. 

C-SEAP offers cost-free counseling and coaching for concerns such as work-related challenges, substance abuse and parental difficulties.  C-SEAP can help recreate a safe, collaborative work environment by providing supervisor consultation, stress management education and individual counseling.  C-SEAP also provides training programs such as anger management, coping strategies and communicating effectively.  For additional information, visit C-SEAP at http://www.colorado.gov/cs/Satellite/DPA-EO/DEO/1214905946179.
