  • Pamela Addington Pamela Addington Administrative Assistant II (719) 502-2605 C-202, Box C4, Centennial As an Administrative Assistant II, Pam is responsible for providing administrative support to the human resource services office. Further, Pam ensures all personnel packets for adjunct faculty, student hourly and student staff are complete. She also maintains employee information in various databases. Pam has over seventeen years of experience in the human resources industry. Pam enjoys reading, traveling and meeting new people.
  • Carlton Brooks Carlton Brooks Executive Director, Human Resource Services (719) 502-2003 C-202, Box C4, Centennial As Executive Director of Human Resource Services, C.R.J. Brooks is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective human resource and risk strategies in the areas of strategic management, governance and statutory and regulatory compliance. Mr. Brooks is also the College’s AA/ADA/EEO Officer and is responsible for processing reasonable accommodation requests and investigating discrimination complaints. Mr. Brooks holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado and is certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources. Mr. Brooks enjoys traveling, hiking, teaching and riding motorcycles.
  • Laura Genschorck Laura Genschorck General Professional II (719) 502-2005 C-202, Box C4, Centennial As the Benefits and Risk Coordinator, Laura is responsible for administering all aspects of the College’s benefit plans. Further, Laura provides safety training and implements safety programs for college employees. Finally, Laura is responsible for the College’s Leave Accrual System. Laura holds an Associate of General Studies degree from Pikes Peak Community College. Laura enjoys Nascar, spending time with family and friends.
  • Tami Hartman Tami Hartman General Professional III (719) 502-2004 C-202, Box C4, Centennial As Human Resource Services Manager, Tami Hartman supervises office staff and facilitates the Classified employment process and coordinates the retirement process for employees.Further, Tami is the College’s FMLA Coordinator.Tami holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Pikes Peak Community College in Office Information Technology and is certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources. Tami enjoys traveling, learning about other cultures, and spending time with her family.
  • Kim Hennessy Kim Hennessy Assistant Director of Human Resource Services (719) 502-2006 C-202, Box C4, Centennial

    As Assistant Director of Human Resource Services, Kim Hennessy is responsible for assisting in providing direction and accountability in the execution of human resource services and activities.  Kim assists with the oversight of the Office of Human Resource Services operations related to policy compliance, policy development, implementation, employee training and education and assists the Executive Director in the investigation of complaints of discrimination and harassment. 

    Kim is a graduate of the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law.  She spends her free time serving on the board of the Broadmoor Skating Club.

  • Michele LaBelle Michele LaBelle HR Specialist (719) 502-2313 C-204, Box C4, Centennial As a Human Resources Specialist, Michele is responsible for Banner Time and Leave, facilitation of employee orientation and is the College's ADA Coordinator. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida. Michele enjoys hiking, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
  • Patricia Padeway Patricia Padeway General Professional II (719) 502-2296 C-204c, Box C4, Centennial As a Human Resource Specialist, Patricia Padeway is responsible for facilitating the recruitment and selection process of faculty as well as facilitating the Administrator, Professional, and Technical employment process. Further, Patricia is responsible for pre-employment and student background screening, unemployment claims and managing the College’s e-Recruiting system. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix. Patricia is a native to the Colorado Springs area. Patricia enjoys spending time with her children and outdoor activities.
  • Dixie Wilkinson Dixie Wilkinson Data Specialist (719) 502-2244 C-207, Box C4, Centennial As Payroll Data Specialist, Dixie Wilkinson is responsible for inputting and pre-balancing the College’s payroll into Banner to ensure employees are paid properly and in a timely manner. In her spare time Dixie enjoys spending time with her family, painting, dancing and engaging in a plethora of outdoor activities.
