Customer Service Training is Fun (Seriously)

The entire division of Student Services will experience a humorous approach to customer service training on Friday, Feb. 24, 8:30-11:30 a.m. in the Centennial Campus atrium. Chicken Lips Entertainment, aka Bob Wells and Dave Johnson, bring their unique style of training that gets audiences on their feet for some fun, games and raucous laughter.

Top-notch customer service

What’s the number one thing students consistently ask for at PPCC? It’s not the programs or having a coffee cart; it’s customer service. That’s why 132 people are receiving a three-hour session to cover “What’s So Funny About Customer Service?” and “Laughing as Though Your Life Depends On It.”

Who can attend?

Although the training is not being offered to all employees, if you’re very interested in joining the fun, Laura Orndorff is coordinating the training. She said there’s a possibility of squeezing others in if there are cancellations. Individuals who are interested in attending should call Laura at ext. 3384. 

And remember…

When you’re the one dealing with lines down the hallway, incessantly ringing phones and cranky people, a little humor can go a very long way.
