She has over 25 years of professional experience in sales, marketing and communication, and has a bachelor of arts in Communication Science from The University of Connecticut. Karen is avid mountain biker, skier, climber, gardener and cook and has live in Colorado since 1989. She and her husband Dave made a pact when they met to leave the country ever year. They’ve only missed two out of sixteen years.

Leah is a Colorado native who spends most weekends enjoying the mountains with her husband Jon and two year old Doberman pinscher, Kato.
