Publicity Request Form

For Pikes Peak Community College events and activities only; must submit 2-4 weeks prior to event.

Please submit all requests for publicity on this form. Your information may be used on the following:

• PPCC channel 21
• Indoor TVs
• Outdoor electronic signs
• The Potty Mouth
• Outside media (such as news releases, calendars, etc.)
• The Bulletin
• Master calendar on website

Marketing staff will review the form and determine how best to publicize your event. All fields on the form must be completed in order to ensure that your event will be posted. Staff reserves the right not to post an event based on lack of timeliness, inappropriate content or incomplete information.
