Documents required to complete a SOCGuard agreement
- DA Form 2A
- Copies of training certificates or 1059
- AARTS (Army American Council on Education Registry Transcript System) Transcript. To request an AARTS Transcript, use the following link and follow the applicable instructions: aarts.army.mil
- DLPT (Defense Language Proficiency Test)
- NCOER(s) for the previous 12-months (E5 and above)
- DD 214 (if applicant is retired or separated from active duty)
- Completed Credit for Prior Learning Student Agreement form
