SOCAD - Army & Army Reserve

Documents required to complete a SOCAD agreement.

1. A current Enlisted Record Brief (ERB) or Officer Record Brief (ORB) if applicant is a warrant Officer (active duty applicants only)
2. DA Form 2A (Army Reserve personnel)
3. Copies of training certificates or 1059
4. AARTS (Army American Council on Education Registry Transcript System) Transcript. To request an AARTS Transcript, use the following link and follow the applicable instructions: DLPT (Defense Language Proficiency Test) Credit for Prior Learning Student Agreement.
5. NCOER(s) for the previous 12-months (E5 and above)
6. DD 214 (if applicant is retired or separated from active duty)
7. Completed
