SOCGuard for Army National Guard

Documents required to complete a SOCGuard agreement

  1. DA Form 2A
  2. Copies of training certificates or 1059
  3. AARTS (Army American Council on Education Registry Transcript System) Transcript. To request an AARTS Transcript, use the following link and follow the applicable instructions: aarts.army.mil
  4. DLPT (Defense Language Proficiency Test)
  5. NCOER(s) for the previous 12-months (E5 and above)
  6. DD 214 (if applicant is retired or separated from active duty)
  7. Completed Credit for Prior Learning Student Agreement form
