Access to Fort Carson:
Non-Department of Defense students must enter the post using Gate #1 which is located off Highway 115. Each time the student enters the post their vehicle will be searched and entry will be recorded. A student pass WILL NOT be issued. The extra time required to enter at Gate #1 should be added to the student's drive time to Fort Carson so they are not late to class. Students must ensure they have a current driver’s license, vehicle registration form and proof of vehicle insurance.
