The TRiO - Student Support Services Project will be holding its annual Fall Student Conference on Friday, September 11. This is a required event for project participants and includes breakout sessions on study skills, life skills, financial literacy, and much more. Plus, you get to meet lots of other students!
TRiO – Student Support Services is a federal program that helps students achieve college goals. To be eligible, you must be enrolled in an Associate Degree program at PPCC, need some academic support to successfully complete your degree, and be either low income, or have a documented disability, or be a first-generation college student (first in your family to go to college). If you think you qualify and want to sign up, talk to Ed Quesada, project director, at 719-502-3352.
