After three years of planning and negotiations, the PPCC Veteran’s Memorial on Centennial Campus has been successfully moved to a new location next to the Student Center, and the cracked top panel has been replaced.

The funds to complete the project were generously donated by Student Government. PPCC staff who were instrumental in achieving the relocation include Diane Adams, Joy Bedford, Kathy Thorson and Jeremy Mathis.

The Memorial was previously located in the western section of the Student Commons, an unattractive and unprotected area where the piece was frequently used for sitting or climbing on, and was easily damaged. T-Rex construction completed the project.
