Under 17 Waiver for Admission

The Under 17 Waiver is for under age 17 students who are requesting an exception from the normal admission requirements at Pikes Peak Community College who only wish to take college level courses and will NOT be admitted to a degree or certificate program at the college.  Students will be admitted as Non-Degree seeking student if the waiver is approved.  Such students are allowed to enroll for courses on a case by case basis. Permission to enroll under this exception is reconsidered each term and must be requested using this form 14 days prior to each registration in future terms.

The college skills placement test, ACCUPLACER, must be taken by every student and submitted with the waiver, regardless of the type of course that the student is interested in taking.  Student MUST place at college level and meet the required prerequisites to be approved for course(s).  Courses below the 100 level CANNOT be approved.
