Orientation for Distance Learning Classes

  

Online orientation (for online and hybrid classes)

Face to face orientations are over for fall, but if you still need some help, please enroll yourself in the practice course in Desire2Learn, the software that PPCC and CCC Online use for their courses. There you can participate in discussions, turn in a practice assignment, take a quiz and generally become familiar with how online classes work and with the software itself. 

To self-register in the practice course,

• Either go to the portal and click on the ppccConnect link in the Online Course Access box, or go to online.ppcc.edu and use the same login information you use when you register for classes.
• Click on Self Registration under the PPCC logo
• Click on Welcome to ppccConnect and Desire2Learn (Fall 2010)
• Click on Register
  
• Click Submit
  
• Click on Finish
