The Testing Center offers a variety of services. The ACCUPLACER College Skills Placement Test is an computer placement test that is required for first time college students and any non-exempt students who plan to earn a degree and/or certificate program. In conjunction with the College Skills Placement Testing, the Ability to Benefit (ATB) Testing and the ESL Placement are administered.

The Testing Center provides testing for Distance Education including Interactive TV courses, Independent Study courses, Internet courses and Telecourses. Make-up tests are administered as requested by instructors.

Students may take CLEP or DSST tests to receive college credit in a number of subjects areas such as accounting, biology, college algebra, English composition, foreign languages, humanities, management, natural sciences, and social science.

GED testing for a high school equivalency diploma is offered once a week by appointment. The LSAT and MCAT are offered as well as proctoring for other colleges and universities, for more information contact any of our Testing Centers.

All students using the Testing Center must have a valid picture ID: PPCC, State, or Federal Government per testing requirements.
