The Fitness Center is a cardiovascular/weight training facility with computerized spinning bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, Adaptive Motion Trainers, Paramount machines, and strength training equipment. To use the fitness center, staff and students must sign up for the Wellness Program or register for one of the physical education classes that utilize the Fitness Center. All are required to go through a fitness assessment before a membership is granted, which will involve undergoing several physical tests. Current PPCC students may purchase a membership for $25 per month or $100 for four months. This includes free towel and locker use.
Proper workout attire (required):
- Shorts (non-jean or khaki) or Sweats
- T-shirts with sleeves
- Gym shoes
With your membership, you also get:
- Unlimited workouts
- A computerized fitness analysis
- Access to personal trainers
You cannot charge a Fitness Center membership to your financial aid.
