Summary:
Officer Zurek and Corporal Orndorff were dispatched to 1605 Hampton South on a report of a domestic violence in progress. Upon officers arrival they were not able to find the parties involved. Officers contacted a female party at 1624 Hampton South. She stated the male half had left the area. Officer Zurek attempted to look for the male party while Cpl. Orndorff interviewed the female half. Officer Zurek contacted the male half about a 1/4 of a mile away who was running from the area. Cpl. Orndorff responded to assist taking him into custody. Officers returned to the 1624 address where El Paso County Deputies took over the call.

Officer Zurek and Chief Hilte were dispatched to the D parking lot on the report an adult male was trying keys in several cars until he found one that the keys opened. The male party then took some items from the car and left the area. Officers searched the area but was not able to find the male party. Officer Zurek contacted the owner of the vehicle and the male party was determined to be her husband and had permission to be in the car. The car was a new purchase and he had a difficult time finding the right car.
