Human Resources University

Human Resources University (HRU) is a series of ten courses developed in collaboration with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado, the Colorado Springs Small Business Development Center, Colorado Springs Human Resources Association, Colorado Springs Society for Human Resource Management, Colorado Springs Regional Economic Development Corporation, the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, and Human Capital Group, LLC, to provide a unique training opportunity for local businesses. It was coordinated in response to a need from local businesses on what their main challenges were while running their companies. Anyone having responsibility in assisting with employees in a workplace, including human resources professionals and managers, administrative and operational supervisors and managers, business executives and owners can benefit from this training.
