Hello there, I am your COSI Coach Nekedra Danyell Bullock. I was born and raised down south in Mississippi. Growing up college was always the next step, never an option. My parents were meticulously involved in my education. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and my Masters degree from Mississippi University for Women. After college I joined the Air Force where I spent most of my duty overseas.
I consider being a success coach a privilege. Students allow me to walk with them as they accomplish goals, they thought were impossible. On this walk we share testimonies, stories, lessons learned, resources, inspirations, motivators, and much more. The COSI scholars are true overcomers. In addition to coaching, I am also a AAA 109 instructor here at PPCC. I love my students and consider them my biggest influencers.
Hobbies: Traveling, Working Out, Gardening, Music, and Reading.
College can be overwhelming. That’s why I am here to assist you on your road to success and help you reach your full potential in a supportive environment.

¡Hola! I'm your COSI Coach Chrystal Navarro. I am a Chicana from Dallas, Texas and have been living in Colorado Springs for about 10 years. Although I miss my family tons, I stayed for the growth opportunities and the mountains (surprise, surprise lol). My background is in aquatics, psychology, and counseling which has taught me to deeply value transparency, honesty, and communication.
As a first-generation college student, my family couldn’t teach me how to choose a career or navigate college life. I felt lost (A LOT), but they were able to teach me that education is worth the investment, treat others as family, have a quality work ethic, and never lose the drive to do my best. What is powerful about these lessons is that I have been able to use them for every path I have taken. My role as your coach is to do the same: to support, encourage, and teach you skills that can be applied in and outside the classroom.
Many of us may feel alone or believe that struggling means we are failing. What a load of crap! I believe if we learn to ask for help, are willing to problem-solve, and most importantly give ourselves grace we can grow through the challenges we face. Please know that you are enough and NOT alone. I look forward to working with each of you 😊Contact Info
Callum Wilson is originally from London, England, and came to America for graduate school and to run on the university’s track team! He graduated from Radford University in May 2021 with a master’s in education and moved to Colorado Springs in early August 2021. He is still very much a competitive runner, and he cannot wait to explore the wonderful trails the Springs has to offer. He looks forward to meeting with COSI students soon and is very thankful for the opportunity to be on the PPCC coaching team.Contact Info
