Emergencies and disasters can happen anywhere, and at any time. Planning and preparation are the keys to successfully dealing with any natural or manmade emergency.
Pikes Peak Community College is committed the safety of its students, faculty, and staff. The EMHE project team is hard at work reviewing PPCC’s current emergency plans and procedures for all campuses, as well as developing and implementing emergency management training to designated staff and faculty.
However, we need you to do your part.
Start by signing up for the PPCC Emergency Notification System. This system sends out automated alert messages via your home phone, mobile phone, and/or text message in the event of a campus closure or an emergency event.
To sign up, log into PPCC Dashboard.
On the Welcome tab/page, select "Emergency Notification System" under “Safety & Security” at the lower right side of the screen.
Complete the notification options you want.
