Faculty Advising

Faculty Advisors are often instructors for the program they advise. This means that they have much more information about specific degree requirments, insider information about their industry and can often consider signing-off on most student override requirements.

If you want to be sure you're on the right academic path to meet your goals, you definitely want to work with your assigned Faculty Advisor at PPCC.  Make an appointment each semester before registration begins to be certain you're on track! And remember -- your Faculty Advisor will know all the details about your certificate or degree program AND can also be a wealth of information about your chosen career path and academic future.
