We want what you want - to connect skilled students to the workforce. PPCC is happy to serve as a resource to help you post jobs and build connections with our qualified student body. But it doesn't stop there. You can reach deeper by working directly with our faculty or Workforce Development office to fulfill the skills your workforce needs. No matter your hiring needs, PPCC can help.
Career Connections: Our Online Employment Services
We provide a tool called Career Connections to connect our skilled student workforce local and national buisnesses. Employers can post jobs and criteria for the specific skills they require, review student resumes and browse our strong, diverse student body.
To start the registration process:
- Go to Career Connection.
- Submit a request for a new employer account using the "Register" feature.
- After an administrator approves your account (typically 24-48 hours), you will receive your username and password.
- Create a new username and password.
- Select "Register and Post Local Job."
Pikes Peak Community College is a member of the National Association of College and Employers (NACE), and as such adheres to the NACE Principles for Professional Practice. Employers participating in recruiting and recruiting events at Pikes Peak Community College are expected to adhere to these guidelines.
Pikes Peak Community College does not accept job openings in hard-copy form. We encourage all employers register online withCareer Connection. Employers (once approved) can post, track and manage their job listings, as well as receive applications and résumés directly from registered students/alumni. As employers list jobs, PPCC faculty will receive a list of the current openings and students are able view and apply for the positions..
Other Ways to Enhance your Workforce
PPCC has as Workforce Development office designed specifically to offer workforce training. We can help by providing customized employee training we even have grants to help businesses stay economically competitive.
