Clubs & Organizations
Students with similar interests have formed more than clubs and organizations to meet the activity needs of the student population. Student Life staff assists student organizations in following administrative procedures, planning activities, and securing meeting facilities. For assistance call (719) 502-2089 or stop by room A-208 in the Centennial Student Life Center.
The following is a list of currently recognized clubs and organizations. Questions concerning individual clubs may be addressed to the club sponsor listed, the Student Government Association, or the Student Life Office staff. Club sponsors are subject to change. The Student Life Office maintains an up-to-date list of clubs and organizations and their advisors. Please note that this list may not be complete as clubs are continually organizing and being recognized.
How to start a club:
- Must have a minimum of 5 students who are interested in the proposed club idea.
- Find an advisor to mentor the club/organization.
- Create a constitution- Student Life can provide a Generic Constitution
- Provide a copy of the proposed constitution to the Director of Student Life.
- Set up a time for Advisor/Student Training- minimum of 2 students must attend
- Request to be put on the Student Government Association agenda to present proposed club.
- Discuss your intentions in initiating this new club/organization at a Student Government meeting.
- Student Government votes on recommending recognition of new club/organization.

Our Mission Statement:
The Student Government Association at Pikes Peak Community College is the official representative voice for our student body. We seek to create an environment of growth and success through the guidance and development of character, and by promoting change in favor of the interests, needs, and welfare of the student.

Honorary Society
Phi Theta Kappa (Alpha Gamma Alpha Chapter)
Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is about fellowship, scholarship, and leadership. PPCC's chapter Alpha Gamma Alpha is active and is constantly searching for new members. The focus of Phi Theta Kappa at PPCC is to enable members' personal and professional growth.
There is a required GPA minimum of 3.25 to join. An email invitation will be sent to your student email when you qualify.
There is a one-time membership fee of $80.00. This expense may be covered if the recipient is Pell Grant eligible.

This club aims to network with other culinary students interested in volunteer opportunities, networking, and listening to guest speakers within the community. This club is also beneficial for ACF membership.

Robotics
This club aims to compete at Robotics competitions, build robots, build drones, fundraise, and enrich the lives of student members, provide experience, and build their skills.
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 - 5:00 PM in the Learning Commons Room V at Centennial Campus.

Mision
The LatinX Union's purpose is to provide PPCC students who represent the vast, beautiful, and diverse LatinX backgrounds four key benefits:
- Provide a safe place for students and allies from different cultures and communities to come together with one voice, mind, and united effort.
- Allow LatinX students and allies dedicated time to support social justice initiatives affecting our campus and community.
- Educate the campus and highlight LatinX arts and culture.

The purpose of this club is to create an environment and a place for students to come together and gain skills that are tangible to becoming a professional. Phi Beta Lambda (PBL)
Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is a professional business collegiate counterpart of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). The PPCC Chapter of PBL participates in several activities and events, which include, but not limited to:
- Interview, Business Etiquette, Dress of Success, and Resume workshops
- March of Dimes and other fundraisers
- Competitions at the State and National levels
There are no GPA requirements to join but a minimum GPA of 2.5 is required for travel.
PBL meets at 3:30 on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month in A-221 on Centennial Campus.

Our mission is to empower its members to become world-class workers, leaders, and responsible American citizens, SkillsUSA improves the quality of our nation's future skilled workforce through the development of Framework skills that include personal, workplace, and technical skills grounded in academics.

Currently fundraising for the upcoming contest season, the club will perform the following repairs for a donation: Vehicle interior and exterior detailing, windshield chip repair, headlight polishing, paint scratch polishing, and small paint jobs.
