Student Email

You can access your student email from the myPPCC portal.*
Your login information is available on the myPPCC login page. For details on how to activate and access your student email review the document below. To forward emails from your student account to your primary email account follow the email forwarding instructions.

  • Please note:
    • If you have Windows XP installed on your computer, and are using Internet Explorer 6, you will need to upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer. You may download and install Internet Explorer 8 from Microsoft's web site.
    • If you have Microsoft Office 2003 installed on your computer, and you are using Outlook to access your student email, you will need to upgrade to Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, or later for this functionality to continue to work. Your local IT department or bookstore can provide you with information on discounted pricing available to you for Microsoft Office.

Forwarding Student Mail to Your Personal Email Account

  1. In Outlook (on Office 365), select See All Options from the Options drop down bar (upper right corner).
  2. Click on the Connected Accounts tab (near top of page).
  3. In the Forwarding section, enter your personal email address in the “Forward my email to:’ field, then click on the Start Forwarding button, then click on the Save button.

Note: If your Office 365 email account becomes full, forwarding will not work. Therefore, it is important to log on to your Office 365 email account periodically to manage the size of your account by deleting unwanted email messages.

Syncing Student Email to Your Mobile Phone

  1. In Outlook (on Office 365), select See All Options from the Options drop down bar (upper right corner).
  2. Select Phone from the left column.
  3. Click on ‘configure the phone to synchronize with Microsoft Exchange’ link.
  4. Click on ‘Mobile Phone Setup Wizard’ link (found in the middle of the page).
  5. Choose your ‘mobile phone operating system’ from the drop down bar.
  6. Select from the ‘What would you like to do’ drop down bar.
  7. Print the instructions by clicking on the ‘print’ link (upper left).
