Take a class for your personal interest.
We are glad you are considering Pikes Peak Community College! Follow these steps to take a personal interest class.
Connect with an admissions counselor once you are admitted as a student. They will help you prepare for the semester and create a plan based on your goals for classes and paying for college.
2. Complete the Mandatory New Student Orientation
New students must complete the mandatory New Student Orientation. The orientation is offered on-demand online.
All new students must complete the orientation before registering for classes.
Transfer students are encouraged to complete the orientation to learn valuable information to help them register for classes and succeed at PPCC.
3. Meet with an Academic Advisor
You will meet with an academic advisor virtually or by phone to choose your class and talk about any necessary placement tests.
Bring these with you to your academic advising appointment:
- Photo ID

If you graduated high school within the last five years, also bring:
- High school transcripts (unofficial)
- ACT and/or SAT scores
- Official College Board transcripts (IB or college level courses)

Complete your FAFSA for the desired aid year OR update your FAFSA with PPCC's school code: 008896.
