Employee Assistance Program
Pikes Peak Community College employees are offered a confidential resource for workplace and personal issues through the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP). C-SEAP strives to improve the quality of life in the workforce. C-SEAP is a professional assessment, referral and short-term counseling service for work-related or personal concerns. C-SEAP is strictly confidential.
C-SEAP offers cost-free counseling and coaching for concerns such as work-related challenges, substance abuse and parental difficulties. C-SEAP can help recreate a safe, collaborative work environment by providing supervisor consultation, stress management education and individual counseling.
