Spring 2018 President's Address

Message from PPCC President, Dr. Lance Bolton

Students come to us with a dream of a better life, and we get to be part of that. There's no better feeling.

If you're already a student at PPCC, know that we value your trust in us, and know that we will dedicate ourselves and our resources to helping you succeed.

If you're considering becoming a student, I want to thank you for taking a closer look at PPCC. You have plenty of choices out there, and choosing a path that fits can be a challenge. If money is a consideration, our college stands out as a smart, solid choice. You'd get the same quality education as you'd find in a four-year college or university, but you won't end up with mountains of debt. Whether your goal is to enter the workforce as a skilled employee or transfer to a four-year university upon completion of an Associate of Arts, or an Associate of Science degree, our passionate and dedicated faculty and staff will help you get there.

While you're on this website, please take some time to explore possible programs. We have nearly 200 degrees and certificates in career and technical education programs.

We are proud of our excellent faculty and staff;  they have diverse experiences in both the classroom and workplace, providing students with a robust academic learning environment. I’m sure you’ll find them helpful and dedicated to providing you an educational experience of the highest quality.

The college also offers many services for students including financial aid assistance, veteran’s services, tutoring, career planning and advising, services for those with disabilities, child care and many others.

We have three campuses in the Pikes Peak Region plus military centers and other locations. We also provide a full range of online courses, so if work or family make it difficult to come on campus, you can earn a degree from your living room.

PPCC is a member of the Colorado Community College System and is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. We have the resources, and, more importantly, the commitment to help you achieve your goals.

Please consider a campus visit. We would love to welcome you to our campus community. Once again, thank you for visiting our web site. See you soon.
