Community Partnership for Child Development (CPCD)

CPCD is a Head Start program.  Head Start is a federally funded program with eligibility requirements.   Parents can complete the online application for CPCD on their website: www.cpcdheadstart.org There is a section towards the bottom of the application that says "Is there anything else you want to tell us about your child." be sure indicate that you are a PPCC student in this section Once CPCD receives an application, they will contact you and continue to support you with the enrollment process.  If there are any questions, you can always call CPCD at 719-635-1536.  They can also schedule an appointment with anyone that does not feel comfortable completing the online application.
